Funding (faculty and graduate students)
The Center for Family Research in Diverse Contexts (FRDC) in partnership with the Children, Youth, and Family Consortium (CYFC) invites faculty to submit proposals for seed grant monies for the 2009-2010 academic year. The FRDC also invites graduate students to submit proposals for funding opportunities. The goals of the funders are 1) to develop and promote interdisciplinary collaborative basic and applied research involving the study of diverse populations, and 2) to provide training in diversity research for young investigators and transitional scientists. Full information and the seed funding application are available on the SSRI and CYFC home pages, right-hand column, under Latest Grant News, and also under Seed Grant opportunity under Research Resources, Funding Opportunities, on both sites.
