Duties Financial aspects of the Survey Research Center such as payroll and monthly invoice charges. Paperwork for new wage employees including DHS eligibility verification and background checks, as well as assist with employee training.
Duties Responsible for developing and monitoring the charge-out rates for the center as well as preparing financial reports and implementing University policies and procedures as they relate to the research projects; responsible for maintaining all budget records and coordinating all budget related activities.
Assist the Project Managers with implementation of new Survey Research Center projects as well as maintaining the standards of current projects. Provide excellent customer service to all of our survey participants, Principal Investigators and PI staff.
Diana has extensive customer service/client relations and quality control experience along with a background in the educational field assisting children with disabilities. At the SRC, Diana manages multi-modal, longitudinal field studies focused on the collection of extensive cognitive and developmental data from children and families. She is responsible for hiring and training diverse groups of field interviewers following best practices for survey research and builds effective teams to collect data for research projects being conducted in several states.
