Professor's Presentation Made at Peace Consortium
Peter K. Forster, associate director of Penn State's World Campus and lecturer in political science, recently made a presentation titled, "Penetrating the Security Sector: the ISI, the Taliban and Al Qaeda," at the Partnership for Peace Consortium Counter-Terrorism Working Group meeting in Garmisch, Germany. The working group to which Forster belongs has representatives from 15 countries, the U.S. government and NATO. It is researching the role of intelligence cooperation in counter-terrorism. A report will be presented in 2009.
