Face-to-Face Surveys
Successful face-to-face data collection is the result of addressing many important details. Interview and protocol design, staff selection and training, the management of scheduling, interviewer accountability and interview quality are all important to the successful face-to-face project. SRC personnel are experienced in all these phases of project management, and can help with some or all of these aspects. SRC personnel have been screened and trained to provide optimum response rates and neutral data collection in all settings. SRC field personnel have experience in paper and pencil, CAPI, video and biometric data collection in field settings. Investigators can choose from a variety of survey modes, or combine several modes for maximum response.
