Self-Administered and Mail Surveys
The Survey Research Center uses Cardiff's Teleform® to develop customized scannable surveys for a variety of self-administered and mail surveys. This software allows flexibility when designing and printing scannable surveys and can incorporate open-ended questions. Surveys are usually printed in-house as booklets and can be printed with unique identification numbers on each survey. Completed surveys are reviewed by SRC staff before scanning and are verified after the scanning process to ensure accuracy.
The SRC can design, print, and scan a self-administered survey where the data is collected by the client or the SRC can administer the entire data collection process utilizing established data collection procedures. For mail surveys, the SRC provides cost effective envelope stuffing, mailing and survey receiving services.
