Diana has extensive customer service/client relations and quality control experience along with a background in the educational field assisting children with disabilities.  At the SRC, Diana manages multi-modal, longitudinal field studies focused on the collection of extensive cognitive and developmental data from children and families.  She is responsible for hiring and training diverse groups of field interviewers following best practices for survey research and builds effective teams to collect data for research projects being conducted in several states.

Duties
Oversee all activities associated with mail-out surveys.  Assist researchers with questionnaire design and construction, including feedback on data collection methods for tracking respondents over time, question wording, layout, and advice of scanning abilities and limitations.  Responsible for monetary incentives associated with projects.
